Metta Community Events

At Metta, we strive to provide a place for you to nurture and appreciate yourself; to connect with others; and to generate lovingkindness, or "metta," back out into the world. Metta Community Events will help you get to know yourself, your community and your impact.

A limit of six students is required to have each workshop take place, pre-registration strongly encourage. Prepay by the Thursday before each event to receive a discounted $20 rate. $25 day of event if space allows. Contact Lindsey for registration details. No refunds unless class is cancelled due to low pre-registration.
