Nia Schedule

Nia is a barefoot mind+body+soul practice that is an infusion of dance, fitness, martial arts, yoga, and body integration therapies. Nia is based on organic movements that strengthen, open, re-align, balance, invigorate, and heal the body. Not only does Nia deliver all of the traditional benefits of exercise, it also empowers students to express and nurture themselves, nourishing both the inner and outer self.

Nia is offered every Sunday 2:30-3:30pm with Razel, Casey Hannah, and Karen.
